Anaheim and Phoenix, if Phoenix doesnt make the playoffs this year, they never will. Anheim will be a force to wreckon with. Other Notables would be Calgary's pick up and signing of Tanguay. Boston Picking up Savard and Chara. Toronto's pick up of Raycroft.Vancovers Big deal to get Luongo will pay off.
I think the Bonehead move of the off season has to go to Detroit,signing Hasek and not Legace, I like Detroit, but thats going to really bite them in the ***.

i give you best answer because you gave the best and worst teams,im a detroit fan all the way and it makes me sick that they didnt sign legace back, and to top it off to go and sign a guy who will injure his groin miss the season and retire, legace is the most under rated goalie he had 6 bad games..

st louis for sure, they definately have the top rated defense in the league now and they added a solid goaltender. that team will definately not have the worst record in hockey next year
