The best science can do is guess there may be one but so far it is impossible to know when. They can measure the intesity of one but can't predict, the way they can a thunderstorm.

The answer is yes, for minor quakes happen all the time, is the big one on the way? yes it is, when is it going to happen? no one is sure as to when this event will take place, we also have a lot of volcanoes as well on the ole ring of fire here in the pacific, be aware, be prepared.
