London Ontario Performing Arts Centre Why don't they put the Convention centre to better use?

I am sure some of the City Council lay awake at night wondering what they can do next with the taxpayers hard earned money. The roads are a mess the City is getting dirty, they have their priorites a little messed up. The City Hall is 40 years old, it is time for something new!!!!! COME ON. There will never be any history in this City, they have demolished a lot of beautiful buildings over the years. Centennial Hall - that is 40 years old also - time to get rid of that one also. IT IS EASY TO SPEND OTHER PEOPLES MONEY !?!? Just wonder what other people think?
