I am taking alli diet pills, but every time i pass gas, or eat anything, i have really nasty dierria...?

Question

Does any one know how long this will continue for? I passed gas and to my surpise, i had poop all over my panties. That is so discusting! The thing is, I didnt take the pill today. I took one yesterday and I didnt eat anything greassy yesterday. Today i did, but why and how long will that happen?!?!?!? can some one please give me an honest answer! Im so emberrest!!! I feel like such a slob, I mean who poops their pants?????????? please help!!!

That's the way alli works. It gathers up excess fat that you eat, and carries it quickly out of the body so it can't be absorbed. But, you have to be responsible and not eat fatty foods. Even if you didn't take one today, it's still in your system, so you still can't eat fatty foods. And I don't think the pill is designed to work by taking it one day then skipping a day, etc.

most diet stuff are diarrettics. They just make food go right through you. Even green tea and coffee do that.

I have never taken this pill but I have a friend who has. For her it was the same situation. From what she was telling me you take that pill after having a certain amount of grams of fat. 15 grams I think she said and then you take the pill. This makes all the excess fat that you injest simply pass through your body. She actually pooped her pants about 3 times, and twice after she quit taking the pill. I guess from what I know you could either stay on the pill but where depends or maxi pad to help with the anal leakage, or you could try something more of an appetite suppressant instead. Unfortunatly, on the label a side-effect is loose stool that can be hard to control. I guess those pills do work really well, actually some of the movie stars use clenbutral or something like that, which does that same thing. But you have to ask yourself if "flatulating" during a meeting or in front of your co-workers with a messy surprise is worth it. I wonder if your able to take anti-diarrheal medication when on this pill!
