How large of an influence does The Toronto Star have on your opinions about the Tories and the Environment?

I'm doing a research paper on the relationship between the media and the government. Some points to consider:
- if the policy is the product, the media is the packager
- whether you personally think the Tories have done enough on the environment
- whether your opinion differs or is similar to the Toronto Star's view (they think Stephen Harper is all talk on the environment)
