Primary elections in Alberta?

If there are primary elections in Alberta, when are they held?
Also, when are the general elections held?

The next provincal elections don't have to be held until at least 2010, but there are suggestions it could be as nearly as Spring 2008 but unlike the US there are no primary elections prior to the election.
