Heart beat slows right down.... sex?
sometimes after sex my heart slows right down.. maybe about 25 or 30 bpm or so.. this is only for about 20 or 30 seconds max.. i get light headed then things go back to normal..
i do smoke a bit, im not over weight, not unfit but probably not where i should be at 30..
after running or usual exercise i might get a little dizzy if i over do it but ive never had the same heart flutters,
should i be worried.

if your heart rate slows accompanied by dizziness i would get a check up by your doctor.
i have palpitations and a heart murmur but never have dizziness and I think you should get checked out just to give you peace of mind.

I'd go to a GP and get it checked out as I wouldn't leave it.

ive never had sex, im 16, but i know lance armstrongs heartrate is around 30, which is obviously extremely healthy, but i read in runnersworld that anywhere slower than that and its unsafe for you body, especialy cuz our hearts are physically smaller then his. although for such a short time, it might not be hurting you. maybe your taking meds or something? maybe you just need to excercise more... your heart might need to be more used to the stress, cuz your getting older... idk if that remotely helps.

smoking causes your blood vessels to carry less oxygen. so if your getting a workout like with sex or running your body is straining to get oxygen to all the nessasary parts. And less is going to your brain which is causing you to get dizzy. Keep smoking this problem becomes more pronounced.. and will lead to heart attack or stroke.
goodluck
