Anyone know about the Government Auction?

I am planning on buying a car this year, I was exploring the net and I found a government auction that has reposes cars, trucks, SUV, boats, homes and property, all of these things were taken from people by the police, IRS etc, it ask for you to join for $29.95 a year, do anyone know about the government auction and is it good.

Its said to sell cars for 90% of retail price and bids starts as low as $100.00

most cars they sell are only worth $100-$1000 since they get you from A-B but have missing doors, windows, interiors are wrecked. Think about it, more than half of the vehicles were seized b/c drugs were inside and they were destroyed during police searches, as far as running they don't care.
