I always liked "Forever" by Judy Blume.

Although it's a bit dated, it's still quite relevant.

Theres the twilight series by Stepehenie Meyer, but thats vampire love.

Anything by Danielle Steel is good and books by Carolyn Mackler always have love themes in.

    Hope that helps.

I'd suggest that you read books from the Simon pulse publishing house because most or probably all of their books are good!

Books by Rachel Hawthorne were some of my favourites.
Especially the ones; Island Girls (And Boys), Love on the Lifts, Thrill Ride, and Caribbean Cruising. There're more that are out more recently (those three were out about... one was 2004, 2005, and two 2006, so they're more recent).
There're other authors that write books similar to Rachel Hawthorne. She also write historical fantasy under another name, but I don't know those books.

Tropical Kiss by Jan Coffre was also great. It was the first teen romace book I read and I read it over and over (and i never do that cause to me these kinds of books are a one-read only and it gets kinda boring. This book and Island Girls (and Boys) I read more than once without skipping around).

Kate Cann also has many books like Spanish Holiday, Grecian Holiday, etc. All 'Holiday' books mainly.

Also, I do recommend Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Vampire love, the main character is a bit of a wuss (that's Bella for you), Edward is an overprotective vampire...
Despite how those two are kind of bleh, it's a GREAT book and the series altogether is great (Twilight, new Moon, and Eclipse. New Moon is rather dull though, but Eclipse totally makes up for it)

My absolute favourite book of teen love would be...

"Nick and Norah's Infinate Playlist," I'm not sure who wrote it, but you could look it up at your local library. Absolutely great book, loved it!

And if your into Vampire Love, Check out the Twilight series, by Stephanie Meyer.

    peace out,
