Does the TDSB have the power to authorize black schools in Toronto?

As far as I know the Canadian constitution strictly prohibits differential treatment based on race, gender...
All this debate seems to be for nothing. I think anyone can and should challenge this in court and is guaranteed to win. How can a municipal bureacratic body defy the constitution of the country?

The battle for desegregation was fought in the United states, during the sixties.

I do not believe in Canada, that we now want to champion the cause for segregation, and take our society back 50 years.

We have a public system, and that is the way it should be.
