Why do I often receive the error <Mail server for "shaw.ca" unreachable for too long>?

I have been having trouble sending to shaw.ca email addresses lately from my yahoo.ca account. The problem is intermittent - sometimes they go, sometimes they're delayed, and sometimes they bounce. I have been able to send to shaw from my telus.net account without any issues, and I have been able to send from yahoo to other domains without issue.

Has anyone else run into this? Who do we contact - yahoo or shaw?

I've found that all my mail to shaw.ca is bouncing. Other addresses work fine and mail sent from gmail work too. It seemed to start a week ago.

Is shaw.ca blocking yahoo mail?
