Well It could be something like:

Well done, you found the first clue
    Is the next one far?
Perhaps you might try looking on
    the one you call Grandma?

The Easter Eggs are near now,
On this I'd like to bet
The next place that they're hiding in
They're bound to get quite wet.

Easter egg hunt to find a secret code. Once you've answered each question, use the first letter of each answer to create the secret code.

    for exapmle
What colour is this (put down a colour) (lets use Green) so you take G.
First letter of the Alphabet = A
    you have a bed ---- =Room spo take R
You go to a what to get you teeth checked out = Dentist =d
you can have this fried scrambled or chocolate (EGG) =E
    Month begining with N= November

    GARDEN would be the answer

    Gd luck

when i did an easter basket hunt for my family i did things like this:
    1st make cards like this:
hurry up and get up sleepy head. look were we keep the bread. (the bread box)

now your starting to get the wrythem. look behind your favorite game system. (the xbox 360)

wow! good job youre almost done. now look where you can run. (the tredmill)

    2. hide the first card near ther bed (the one for the bread box), then in the bread box hide the one for the xbox, and so on. Oh! and be sure that you dont write the answers on the cards.

Presuming the hunt is indoors, make sure that you do not hide the eggs near heat. Use mini eggs at least one for each child. Use something like:-
    Easter is fun.
    So is the sun.
    You like the warmth felt.
    But the chocolate would melt.
That is the clue children as to where you should look.
Go and hunt and good luck.
