How would these mistakes affect the calculation for the percent of acetic acid in vinegar?

How will the following error affect the calculated percent of acetic acid in vinegar? will it increases, decreases, or make the calculated percent remain the same?

a) the buret was wet with water and you failed to coat it with NaOH solution.

b) you added 60mL distilled water to the flask before you start the titration rather than 50mL

A) Increase

B) Assuming adding more distilled water doesn't change the amount of vinegar you use the calculation will stay the same.

This was my first titration. My vinegar was only 4.3 % HC2H3O2
