How much will the Vancouver 2010 Olympics Cost?

I need to know this for school so could you please answer my question quickly.

The true cost of the 2010 Olympic Games is at least $4.338 billion, which could still soar higher and may even result in the delay or elimination of promised sporting facilities. The taxpayer cost is forecast to be $2.506 billion.

This is an inaccurate statement.

The cost of the Olympics, plus the cost of a number of new facilities that will last for decades, plus the cost of major highway upgrades, plus the cost of a new subway line from downtown to the airport was forecast at 2.506 billion.
