What's a good exercise routine to get toned legs and love handles?

I really want to get rid of my love handles and tone my legs. My thighs are HUGE.. and flabby.

10:30 in the morning

Treadmill for 40 minutes. (speed 7.0, incline 3.5)


Yeah, so what else to get nice legs and a nice waist :]

leg lunges and squats.
try this
#1 get on the ground on your hands and knees.
# lift your leg up so it is higher than your Butt.
repeat on both sides 100 times.
try this exercise for your waist,
#1 stand up straight
#2 suck your belly button in for 5 minutes.

and for love andles
#1 stand up straight put your hands to your sides
#2 lean to one side and come back up and do it on the other side. go back and forth 100 times.
