My friend Katie, and I have been friends for a year. She lives at one end of campus, I live at the other end. Her roommate came stopped by my dorm to introduce herself, and told me the dorm building she was in. She said that I should text her.
She didnt give me the room number. She said that Katie has missed me.. And that I should text her more, and come visit her.
Let me tell you something about Katie, when we first met she was very flirty, and twirling her hair, smiling and giggling alot with me. Then we lost contact, and I found out she had a boyfriend. I see Katie from time to time, but she acts like she doesnt want me around. She treats me like a pile of crap. She always claims she is 'too busy' to spend any time with me, and obviously cares more about her boyfriend, then her other friends. I thought I had feelings for her, but I dont know what I was thinking.
Then her roomy came Friday night, and said she missed me and I said "I have been very busy lately with my two jobs, and I understand Katie is busy with her boyfriend, and that she has had tough classes as well." I added "It would be great to catch up sometime".
Her roommate said to come visit them, and she did not tell me the room number, but she told me the building.
The thing is I really like Katie, and I think she liked me too, at least thats what my friends were thinking. I just believe that a good friendship makes a good relationship. Perhaps I missed my chance. I am still friends with her, but she acts like she doesnt want me around her, ever since she got a boyfriend.
Do you think Katie's roommate will stop by again?
The roomy considered me a good friend of Katie's and that I am always welcome at their dorm. I dont know if is worth it or not?
I want to talk to Katie's roommate most importantly. I want to talk to her, and I plan to ask her "What is with Katie lately?" "Do you know why she is acting this way". I also plan on telling her "If she keeps on treating me this way, I dont know if I want to be her friend anymore"
