Why do they say , have alot of sex with your wife or husband ?

I heard them say even schedule it if necessary . Why is this . I've been married 17 years and i really don't get anything out of sex .Dr. Oz said to have sex. Is this for the guy or the girl ? Or Both . What happens if you don't have the sex ?

According to some of you then at 99 years old your all screwed up in the head if you don't have sex.

Having much sex as possible is know to be linked to better marriages and bringing spouses closer together..the intimacy level increases so does the emotional attachment they have for one another... PLUS its fun and we al need it..this is for both see just as many men as women fantasize about sex regularly thats why its important to have as much as you can

Sex is good for a man. That is what my husband tells me. Something to do with preventing cancer. I have been married for 17 years also and sex does nothing for me either. I just do it for my husband. Also, if they do not get it from you, they will get it from someone else.

It sounds like your partner may not know how to satisfy you. Have you spoken about this with them? Do you tell them what makes you feel good? Do you ever masturbate and enjoy the feeling you get from that? If so, then you need to have a long talk with your partner about how to make sex more enjoyable for you so that you in turn will want it more and it will be more enjoyable for them. Both. You are supposed to enjoy the intimacy and pleasure together. I didn't need doctor oz to tell me that, though. When you don't have sex, you become miserable and stressed out. It sucks. What planet are you from?
