CAn any Christian pray and ask the Lord for a vision or word?

Can you ask the Lord for a vision or a word regarding my circumstance please? thank you.

Mat 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

That "reward thee openly" means he will answer you aparently, or obivously.
Do you have the Holy Spirit. It will give you the power to live a Holy life, like Jesus and alot more.

Luk 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him

Jesus is God and the only way into heaven. Please pray a sincere prayer with all of your heart admitting to Jesus you are a sinner. Have full faith that His blood pays off all of your sins and accept His gift of everlasting life. I pray that God blesses you with peace. Amen.

You can, but how would you know it came from god?

Maybe you should just talk to your local pastor for help, at least he's flesh and blood.

Yes you can, if it's in line with God will he will answer, however it might require some patience for it to come.

When you pray thank him for doing it as if you have already received it then belief.
