Science project help!!!!??!?

Ughhhhh. I'm doing a science fair project on how to protect and preserve foods without refrigeration. I've looked up this question on every search angine i can think of and none of them have procedures or materials to the fliping project question. I nedd the materials ASAP. Due tommorowwww. Ugh

id say salt and a zip lock bag the more salt the more fresh in the 1800 when they did not have fridges they would use salt back the salt was really valuable good luck

if your trying to preserve meat then you can smoke it or you can let it lie in salt
