I have braces. Can someone explain to me what is going on?

I got the damon 3 braces 2 weeks ago and everything was pretty much fine, up until a week after. I grind my teeth a lot, but it has never caused any pain in my mouth. Since I've had the braces on my front tooth is aching, and I dont know if its from the braces, the grinding, or the constant pressure from both. It feels like my front tooth is going to crack in half.

Can someone explain what is going on. I called the ortho, but she is out of the office today.

Thanks.

Additional Details

all my other teeth are fine, but this front tooth hurts a lot and that is the tooth that usually gets grinded.

teeth ache when they move with braces , so probably the front two are the ones undergoing movement so they are feeling pain. as soon as they complete movement pain will disappear but if its causing you too much trouble arrange an appointment with the ortho .
