Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

*

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin

* 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated skim milk
* egg substitute (equivalent to 2 eggs)
* 2 egg whites
* artificial sweetener (equivalent to 3/4 cup sugars)
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
* 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
* 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup reduced-fat graham cracker crumbs
* light whipped topping (and additional cinnamon) (optional)

Replace the sugar in the recipe with the same amount of splenda/sucralose granular. You can bake with Splenda without it breaking down (like, say, Sugar Twin or Equal).

Don't use a recipe which asks for condensed milk.

use the same recipe thatyou normally would only use a sugar substitute instead or no sugar at all!!
