Mocha is smiply coffee and chocolate with cream and sugar to taste. There are lots of ways you could make it. One easy way would be to use liquid chocolate syrup - you'll have to experiment to get the amount that tastes best to you. You can add milk or half and half and more sweetener (remember the syrup is already sweetened) if you want. Buy some of the canned whip cream to squirt on top and you'll feel like you're drinking a $5 cofffee shop drink!

    Hot Mocha Drink Mix

A nice creamy hot drink mix for both kids and adults! A snap to make! Nutmeg or cinnamon may be added, if desired. This recipe will make 4 servings. You can make this up in big batches and store in air tight jars for whenever you want to have a cup! Hope you like it.

    Ingredients
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup dry milk powder
    1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 cup instant coffee granules

    Directions
In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk powder, creamer, cocoa and instant coffee. Mix together until well blended. Store in a sealed container.

To serve, Heat a cup of water per serving (or milk, for a creamier taste.) Stir in 2 to 3 heaping teaspoons of cocoa mixture.

Use your usual "chocolate mix" then add some coffee (just add a liitle coffee until you get the desired mocha flavor)

If you like mocha flavored frosting (for cakes) then use butter then add a little coffee (and sugar if desired), whip it, refrigerate (optional) and you're all done.
