How can i lose weight fast and how far will starvation get me?

I am a girl, 5'5'' and i weigh 135 pounds. im not fat but all of my family calls me fat and my parents dont tell them anything. they have taken a toll on my life and i can never feel good about myself. i just want to lose weight fast so i can prove to my parents what everyone did to me. what is the fastest and best way i can do this? and how long can i achieve it in?

    Starvation isn't the way to do it, Because whatever little things you do it your body will store all of it and if you start eating normal again you will get even bigger. You don't sound fat to me, Maybe just try to drink more water and less pop, juice. Start walking and gradually jog then run. Just watch what you eat but don't go overboard :)

    You are NOT fat, trust me. I'm 5'6 and 144, wish I was a little lighter, but that's not fat. Don't listen to negative comments. But take care of yourself because you're worth it, not just to prove something. Others may still find something to pick at even if you lose pounds, so talk to a trusted adult (teacher, counselor) for help.
    Do eat healthy balanced meals (5 servings of fruit/veggies a day, protein, dairy products) and ease up on processed foods like white bread, sugar, etc. For example, a meat portion is about the size of a deck of cards. Starving just makes your body try to reserve fat supply, so eat several small meals a day so you don't get hungry.
    Get active-if you're not- about 30 minutes per day. Do something you like, rollerblade, walking briskly, aerobics. If you aren't used to exercise, start with small time periods, a couple times a day, until you get used to it.
