Can I use Garnier 100% Blue Black dye?

My hair is naturally brown. I've attempted to dye my hair black before, but it didn't turn out well, because I used a semi-permanent color. Would the Garnier 100% Blue Black look okay? It's permanent by the way.

ive never used Garnier before so i dont know how well their hair dye is but if its permanent then yes it should and if it doesnt then just try a different brand of hair dye.
