You can't.
It grows at its own predetermined rate based on your genetics - for some this means super slow, for others super fast.
If you want it longer, get extensions.
The only thing brushing will do is cause more breakage. Brushing your hair is actually quite damaging, thus should be done minimally, or never (I never brush my hair, and it's always manageable). Also, there is a chance that your hair is reaching its "length limit", meaning once your hair hits a certain length it doesn't really grow much longer than that, and the rest of the hairs will continue growing, but not past that point. All you can do is get regular cuts to maintain the look/feel of your hair, use products for curly hair and that offer a lot of hydration, and be patient.
Do NOT follow the advice of Charlotte V., BongBoy and merci. Your scalps natural oils do NOT make hair grow faster - if oil did so, then we would likely have excess skin growth, which is not the case. HORSE shampoo, also not something that promotes growth. And trims? All it does is remove length and damage. Your hair continues to grow regardless of trims, and your scalp doesn't go "ooh, she got a trim, lets start growing that hair!".
Hair growth is based on GENES, hormones and overall health.
