Please answer ; does he like me or not ?

Question

he is always trying too talk to me durring class .
when i get up too ask the teacher something he will try
& come into the conversation , same thing happends when
i talk to my friends .
he'll sit there while were doing our assigment & try too talk to me saying that he is bored & stuff . but i dont say anything because i get nervous around him , & the words come out all mixed upp ! what should i do next time he says that ?,......
also when i sit down he will come and stand or sit
by me too , like he will come out of nowhere & be like
you need help .... & we will be making eye contact like
crzy when i look up & around the room he will be looking at
me too & we will just have that momment i can tell he is
nervous because he turns all red ; my friend says he stares
at me all the time , & stuff . but theres another girl in class
that likes him & the only thing that i dont like about him
is that he'll only try & talk to me when she is not there
what should i do ? ; should i make a move or wait for him too ?
do i just let it go . cause it seems like im just a rebond
when she's not there ; i don't know if he likes me or not so i dont
want too get caught up with it ?
ohhh yeah today i had to finish up a test that i didnt finish yes. and
he would come outside & try too talk to me like he never comes
out side the class room , so im guessing he was tryin too talk to me
what should i do ?........ i REALLLLLLY LIKEE HIM ! ALOTTT .
oh yeah he's a student helper ( 17 ] n im 15 ...?
