Which is better - Matrix Biolage, Redken or Paul Mitchell?

I have worked with all three lines and find them all good. It really depends on your hair and what you are trying to achieve. I did however work as an associate artist for Redken, so I'm very partial to their products and feel strongly that they deliver what they promise.
