Are people in jail allowed to use y/a?

I heard that they are allowed to use computers.

Gosh, it sure seems so sometimes, doesn't it! : )

I think I would go with the first answer BUT, I was watching some show on television (it was a news show) about woman that hook up with men in prison, and these women find these inmates on the INTERNET, so how does that happen if they have no computer access?

My daughter is in prison and they have no computer access. Only snail mail and everything is searched.

most answers come from prison, then, those on house arrest, then jail, then everybody else
