Go up and talk to him, and if you don't know him, introduce yourself to him.
The closer you stand to him the more you are interested in him. I think he'll get the message. A touch on his arm, even a light one, will also send him a signal.

Flirt with him... bat your eyelashes when you talk to him ( not to obviously) and twirl your hair... look straight into his eyes and lean a little closer into his personal space and see how he reacts... and especially flip your hair over your shoulder when you talk to him, this is one of the most effective flirting techniques.. just pay him alot of attention and compliment him and stuff... your a girl, i'm sure you can figure it out ;) And Good Luck!
