When you say athlete do you mean has been in athletics, or could just be playing a sport. Most famous and easiest would be Wayne Gretzky - the ice hockey player. If you are talking pure athletics, probably Donovan Bailey who won the olympic gold in the 100m in 1996 (which is the most prestigious event) and was also the 100m WR holder. For volume and ease you could go the disgrace Ben Johnson as there was a lot of stuff on him.

Or is it current athlete about to appear in the Olympic Games??
