No.
If she's never been on oral contraceptive before, it takes at least a week to start being effective at preventing pregnancy. However, I would not recommend starting an unknown medication a week before one's wedding - the pill can have side effects and it would really suck to be nauseous and have spotting on your wedding day because you aren't acclimated to the medication yet.
And if you want to use it "schedule" your period, you need to take it for a couple months to get your body on schedule.
Your fiancee should go to her gynecologist at least a couple months before the wedding if she wants the best results from oral contraceptive and reduced side effects.

Your fiance needs to go to her gynecologist and discuss birth control, and she should do that several months in advance of the wedding.
FWIW, not all birth control pills are the same and it can take several prescriptions/trials of different pills with different levels or combinations of hormones to find the one that that your body tolerates best with the minimal level of side-effects. Unless your fiance wants to take a chance on finding out the hard way that the particular prescription she's got causes her to have mood swings, or gain weight, or make her face break out, or otherwise causes her unpleasant side effects on your honeymoon.
She should go NOW to the gynecologist and get settled on a prescription that works for her, and by March everything should be hunky-dory.

Only if she's also been taking it for about 30 consecutive days previous as well. The pill isn't magic - it needs to be taken as directed by a doctor for maximum efficacy. If you and your fiancee aren't interested in becoming parents just yet, she needs to get on the pill now, to best prevent that from happening.

If you mean the contraceptive pill the no, she would need to take a pill every day for at least a week at roughly the same time each day before (depending on which contraceptive pill she decides to take) in order to reduce her chances of falling pregnant. and remember , no form of birth control l is 100% effective, but the pill comes close. Read the information leaflet that would have come with them and it will explain everything

No. She would need to start taking the pill at least 30 days (one full menstrual cycle) before to prohibit ovulation at the time she wants to avoid pregnancy.
If she does not want to do this or cannot, just bring condoms with you. Either that, or in 9 months welcome your Honeymoon baby!

It wouldn't work. She would need to start taking the pill about a month before the wedding. That way her body gets used to it and is effective.
