Yes it does. It has good calories and healthy sugar to keeps your energy levels at a regular pace; as opposed to coffee or chocolate which gives you a sugar rush the let you down drastically.

Yes, but it also has a lot of fiber, and the body processes the fructose in fruit very differently from the simple sugars in white bread and candy.

Recent studies show that apples, pears, and other high fiber fruit actually contribute to weight loss, as do small quantities of almonds, another high fiber food.

Yes fruits have calories but also fiber and fats which help to regulate your body and its functions.there is no free calory foods out there no matter what anyone says.Water even plays a vitaul role in how the body works.
Some friuts can be use as diuretics (Make you pee)while other can act as bowel buster.Some will help you lose weight while other fruits can help you gain weight.This is where it helps to know your food and what it actually does for you. Most of us just eat and think yummy or yuk.
