It sounds like you have the flu, possibly even the swine flu. The difference between the seasonal flu and the swine flu is that the swine flu also has symptoms of nausea and vomiting, on top of all of the symptoms of the seasonal flu, which are fatigue, weakness, headaches, body aches and sometimes fever. Not everybody will get every symptom every time they get the flu. Even if you do have the swine flu, it's nothing to worry about; your doctor would just advise you to stay at home, get plenty of sleep, and drink plenty of fluids. What I would also suggest is to take the following vitamins: Vitamin C twice daily, Echinacea 3-4 times daily, and Zinc every 4-6 hours. These vitamins are proven effective in shortening the amount of time that you will be sick. You will feel better in no time if you take these. And for future reference, if you begin taking these vitamins the minute you feel a cold or flu coming on, you won't get sick. Stay in bed and get some rest, and remember, drink LOTS of fluids. I would advise not going back to school or work until Monday. If you are not better by then, I would call your doctor. If you do have the swine flu, he/she can prescribe you Tamiflu over the phone, which is an anti-viral medication that will help your flu go away quicker. Hope this helps, and feel better! : ) Nothing to worry about, you should be fine in a few days.
