What is considered high blood pressure for a 15 year old?

Mine is 140/83.
I also have almost all the symptoms of hypertention due to the coarctation of the aorta (dizziness, fatique, shortness of breath, irritability, muscle weakness, increased sweating, cold feet, sometimes chest pain, ect)
Is that HBP? and is it possible that i have Hypertention?!
thanks :)

Additional Details

I'm not looking for any 'Go to the doctor' type answers. If i wanted those answers, i'd just go to the doctor!!
I just want opinions, to see if it's worth wasting 2 hours in a waiting room, and wasting so much of my doctors time!
Thank you

Have you had your Thyroid levels checked? Also, not to appear rude, but are you underweight or overweight based on the listings on BMI (Body Mass Index)? What you are experiencing could be related to either situation. My best answer to you would be to go see a doctor for further testing. Having high blood pressure at ANY age could be dangerous. To get a true evaluation of your blood pressure, your Doctor may suggest you go for an echocardiogram- basically this is an ultrasound of your heart; or even for a stress test which is really the same thing however they monitor your heart by ultrasound after putting you through some mild cardio. exercises(usually walking on a treadmill). I know that this may be hard not to do, but try not to self-diagnose. It could be as simple as a change of diet; ie.. the kinds of foods you eat could be increasing your Cholesterol levels which will affect your blood pressure or you may even be eating something that you may be allergic to. Go see your Family Doctor for a full exam. I would suggest that you keep a small diary of what symptoms you experience when you do anything, whether in motion or even while resting, reclining slightly or sitting or standing, climbing stairs or simply walking normally. This could help your Doctor decide on the most likely test that would give them the best diagnosis.
