If they rust, they're extremely cheap metal that you shouldn't have in your ears. Even gunned piercings aren't done with metals that will rust.

no, the piercings wont rust (lol). just clean them everyday with the solution they give you. make sure you clean them at least twice a day. its rly important to clean them (ive had a few earings get infected and close up bc i neglected to clean them) :(
