Can you freeze plain yogurt (overnight?) and then use it the next day as an ice cream ?

like before freezing it adding cinnamon, and fruit, blending - then freeze (idk for how long) then using it as an 'ice cream'

yes.. I do this all the time..
I do this for my children and make popcycles out of the tupperware popcycle molds..
I blend yogurt with fruit, vanilla, chocolate, anything I have, then freeze it in molds, or just a container and its great..
it doesnt taste like ice cream.. it tastes like frozen yogurt would..

its really tasty.
and its called frozen yogurt, ((obviously)) and its more expensive than ice cream because its healthier. ((and you wont get as fat. :D))

you could also just go to the store and buy frozen yogurt

It wouldnt be ice cream because it is made a certain way, but i wouldnt doubt that tasting good.
