1) Confidence (If he doesn't believe in himself who will?)
2) Personality. If a guys really hot, but an idiot, whats the point?
3)Sense of humor (no one likes an overly serious guy. you gotta have some fun in your life ha ha)
4) Persistence (it shows he thinks your worth waiting for, and thats always flattering =])
5) Looks, cuz physical side is important too.

Money or size of penis isnt really important. Its more about how he treats his girl :)

looks, sense of humor, easy to talk to, confidence, to feel safe with him, to feel as if its me and him against the world.......dont care about money and penis size...

btw its not in any particular order
