Yes very much so, but more so I find it classless and a bit slutty, but attractive yes, and fashionable? They're better than pants. But as barbie said, leggings are an excuse for fat people to wear when they don't feel comfortable or attractive in a skirt or dress. I'd prefer a miniskirt and pantyhose.

Omg no. It's a really stupid fashion: in the winter it's too cold, if you aren't skinny it looks awful and even if you are you still look under dressed.
