after a fight can a guy who is deeply in love with his gf still be stubborn and not talk 2 her for a whole week?

It's very possible but also highly unhealthy. Both men AND women need to immediately talk over their issues instead of holding them inside and letting them fester.
It may not be fun to immediately talk about a disagreement, but it's absolutely necessary in a healthy relationship.

- In my opinion that is what guys do. They are naturally stubborn. He just needs time to cool down and figure things out. Be patient. Sometimes after a fight guys just need time and space to cool off.
