U.S. Muslims fear a backlash after the shooting?

I don' think too many Muslims were lynched after the World Trade Center went down, so I think this is a cry for pity and total denial of their refusal to admit the Muslim terrorists are bad. They will not condemn the acts perpetrated against non-muslims because it gives every reasonable person the idea that they think the teachings of the Koran say it's proper, This is the typical response world-wide, if a Muslim commits a crime against a non-muslim, it's "Oh, now these crazy Christians and Jews are going to kill us. The killing of Muslims in this country so far had been done by the parents against their own children. I don't doubt at all if some Muslims have been worked over by some losers, that to me would be beyond doubt, but I don't foresee mosques going down in flames like Christian churches and Jewish Temples would be if the shoe were on the other foot. When I see a horrid crime committed by a blond or an African American, I don't hear them yell out for pity for they will get picked on, and the African American has had more hatred done to him that anyone, but they don't act like babies when a crime is committed by one of their own is reported.

If another Muslim goes on a killing spree right now they might have good reason to worry , the people are getting sick of them.

Probably a lot of them do fear a backlash.

But we don't hear of a lot of Muslims standing up and protesting against the perversion of Islam by the terrorists/extremists.

And, while other religions have had more than their share of fanatics
(and still do) the Muslim fanatics seem to cause the most death and destruction these days.

One would think that the Muslim world would rise up against these fanatics, as the only thing that they accomplish in the end is to make Islam look like a religion of terror.

If I were a Muslim right now, I probably would be pretty ashamed of that guys actions. With that said, I can't help but to be less tolerant of Muslims every time they kill someone in the USA.

People are afraid to speak against the muslim crazies - including those muslims who supposedly wants peace.

If I belonged to weird-*** cult that used force to silence disagreement, and was OFTEN attacking others for no good reason, I'd be afraid,too.

CULTs should be legally proscribed. A CULT could be defined as any group that uses FORCE to impose their INSANE (destructive) beleif system on others. Socialism and Islam are both cults - no good can come from these insane and forceful beleif systems.

There are 2 aspects to the question.

1. The average day to day muslim citizen working and trying to support a family, associated with responsible religious and political leaders.

2. The fastest growing muslim population in the US, coming out of US prisons, black criminals.

Group #1 Almost never say or do anything to reject world wide muslim terrorist. If they fear a backlash they have some reason.

Group #2 They don't fear or care. They are a bigger worry than group #1. They are protected by law now as racial minorities and a religious group. They are better trained to do more damage to the US.
