Yeah Hot Topic is always a good choice, and Wet Seal has them too. Sometimes they're in really weird places though, like I've seen some at Kohl's and Target.

If you're ok with getting them on the internet though, Threadless.com is THE best place to get them! They have some really awesome ones. :)

I know Steve and Bary's used to have them, but they closed... I think maybe you should find a funny saying online, print it our, get a t-shirt, and then take it to an embroidering store. They will put the funny saying on the shirt, and you get to make it completely personal!
