You dont need to eat citrus or apples but still eat plenty of fruits and raw veggies. You can never go wrong with that. Watch your carbohydrate intake. Try to limit your carbohydrates to 2 times a day, preferably lunch and dinner. Dont eat a big breakfast. I just eat one or two fruits for breakfast and it lasts me till 11:30 . Meat is a great way of getting protein but too much of it is not good for you. Try eating it once a day(like dinner) and eating things like tofu, beans, and nuts as your other sources of protein. For nuts, eat a large variety of it, every nut has a different effect on your health. Almonds, brazil nut, and walnuts are great to name a few. Try not to snack too much but when you want to eat a snack eat things like dried fruits, nuts, or real health bars(Kashi is the best.) Dont diet, those normally dont work. Just eat healthy an you will be fine. Hope this helped!
