How long should I stick around to see what happens?

I went to this guys house last night and we were watching a movie and all night he was moving closer to me and staring at me and bumping my leg and flirting but when I finally put my hand on his he told me that this wasnt the right time because he

feels like he didnt end things right with his ex (they have been broken up for awhile) so he wants to talk to her just to end it for sure. Im really confused why would he do all that stuff then say he cant? thank you so much

he said that tonight he is going to tell her that its completly over at this party that im going to also

hm, thats weird. Maybe hes only looking for a hookup? I would wait for him to end things w/ his ex, if he hasnt then he lied and you should move on.
