i am so sorry to hear that you are going through this. i watched my father abuse my mother, my entire life! they are still together, he is not as bad now but i could never believe she stayed. my ex husband put his hands on me quite a few times, i told him that if he ever did it again that would be his last so when he did. . . i planned a vacation, we drove to va, went to his dads house, dropped him off. . .then i came back to fl, filed for divorce and i have never seen him again.
it is never easy to leave an abusive relationship, but you have got to love yourself enough to know enough is enough. you can not put yourself through that. you have to get creative and figure out how to leave the situation, without him being wise, that is the best way to leave without another physical altercation. . .if worse comes to worse. next time he hits you, call the cops, he will get arrested, and that will give you time to leave while you know he cant come after you. . .make sure whereever you are going is a safe place that he cant come and drag you out of. get a restraining order. . .please take car of yourself and my prayers will with with you.

First off a restraining order is nothing but a little piece of paper saying that he can't touch you so that's not really going to do you any good. If he's really that into having you around no matter what he will stop at no lengths to find you. But you HAVE to leave him and stay with someone you can trust. You don't have to tell him a damn thing about it. One day when he's gone pack all your bags and get the hell out.

first u need a protection order to file at the precinct of domestic abuse, if he is not on your lease, you can call the cops and they will escort him out. Then u need to change the locks, hopefully u have family and friends for support. I know u are afraid to tell someone but now u need alot of strenght, courage and no fear. YOu can do it, keep your eyes open, for any pay back that he may retaliate, call cops, give them his info and they will arrest him

hit him with a frying pan.....
no just kidding.
im only 15 and was in my first serious relationship (that lasted 6 months) when my 17 year old boyfriend (with extreme anger problems) started hitting me. thats not it, he also told me i had to put-out- or get-out. so i was having unwanted painful sex with him and then getting bruises by him on the side. he also bit me when he knew i hated it and it hurt and left bruises all over my body.. finally my mom saw the bruises and called the cops, and i denyed everything. then i left him a note one day (he is my neighbor) and it said to prevent him from getting into anymore trouble we have to break up.
it was so hard and i still love him to this day.
but its best to leave him and get him some help. just leave a note and pack up all your things when he is out of the house. the heartbreak will fade with time i promise.
----edit--------
DO NOT tell him where u are going.

if you saw the rhianna interview last night, then you should pack your bags and move on, you better hurry up before he puts his fist down again. tell him to take a bow cause it's over now as you ride off into the sunset with a renewed mind set.

What kind of a question is that???? Just leave....period!!! If you have bruises, report him to the police. If you stay.....then stop complaining! It is up to you, sweetie!

Pack your bags when he's not around, open the door and walk out.
