any heat product or harsh chemicals will damage your hair. use high quailty products that dont contain harsh chemicals like alachol. use hair spf everyday. get africa best super gro(hair greace) rub pea size on your palms and apply to ends of hair(not roots) after your shower. get a shower filter. when your hair is almost dry but a lil damp, get some big rollors and put them in it to let air dry. use silk pillow case when you sleep.
