Bathing with my mom plz dont be mean im only 19 i would like mostly moms or females to answer plz?

Question

well i finally live with my mom and there was abuse and neglect in my other home and i finally feel at rest because i dont have to deal with it anymore. well to get to the point with all the issues and stuff i have PTSD and im hard of hearing and i have seizures and i hit my head in the shower so now she doesnt think its safe my mom think its agood idea for us to bathe together but i dont know why the world would look down on it. i want to know what you all think about it. of course there isnt any touching what do you all think. i love my mom to death i dont have anything to hide its just that of course i will be independent one day but inside i felt like people like you guys wouldnt understand....please share your thoughts and feelings

i see that some people on yahoo answers are thinking that its wierd dont think that. your mom is just caring for you and she also seems to show that you all are both open what you do in her house is between you guys so forget what everyone says. im not trying to be mean but its you alls body your house and she is just taking care of you and you all are females anyway so its no big deal and you said there wasnt any touching so do what you want. people are always going to size you down when they dont understand the situation and look at you weird its fine.

instead of her in the shower with you have her sit in the bathroom or near the bathroom so if you need her you can scream or something. when i had a cast on my foot i would make my mom sit in the bathroom with me so if i fell or anything she could help me up. & stuff.

i can somewhat understand your mom is worried and trying to take caution. But maybe u can suggest something else. Like bathing with the door open and your mother nearby.
