I think you should leave your hair as it is
but since you want a change, go for a side flick or get your in an a line cut
I mean it's pretty short already so unless you want a straight cut, that's the most you can do

Definitely don't do bangs I would dye your hair blonde it would go good with your eyes, don't cut your hair because it's a good length, but maybe get it razored to make the layers stand out more, but your hair doesn't look bad I think it looks good, so don't feel obligated to change it.

A lot of layers are good! You don't want just boring straight hair. Layers adds that more "umpf" to your hair.

You can try adding some highlights, a carmel blonde would look really cute.

Also on style are side swept bangs (that's what i have) or you can try middle bangs.

And to add some volume to your hair just tease it! trust me it makes a difference even if you do a little, just so your hair isn't flat to your face.

i like the cut and the style, but PLeaze change the color, its way to dark for you it makes you look goth. i think you'll love a color change a light brown will look great on you! get a nice cool ash light brown! it will look wonerful and Way better then what u have now!

Bangs in a sweep would look great, they're not a pain to me...

Make it shorter, that'll lessen the layers and make it a bit fuller in the places it looks a little thin. A shorter do would look awesome on you! Cinnamon is an awesome color.
