Can tile floor installed in 80s be fixed? tenant dug a 5 inch scratch in it. Don't know how they did it?

Can this scratch be fixed without damaging the tile more. tile installed on cement floor base back in 1986. Original tile from 1986 but basic low cost tile.

If you still have some left over pieces tucked away in storage then cut the grout around the damaged tiles, break one and pry the rest out and replace them. There may be an Epoxy filler or Bondo that would work OK if you aren't picky about looks.
