(Ladies, 20-29) what is your daily diet?

What is an average meal for you each day.
What do you eat for breakfast lunch and dinner?
Just want to get an idea whether my diet is normal for my age.

The typical breakfast for me is
2 eggs, 2 pieces of buttered toast and sometimes a banana, i usually have cappuccino or water with breakfast.

lunch is usually a sandwich or left overs, sometimes i skip lunch.

dinner is something like.... boneless skinless chicken baked and seasoned long grain rice and broccoli
or steak with a salad and some kind of pasta, usually mac n cheese because thats what my kids like.
Last night we had bbq ribs cauliflower and cucumber salad.
