Is osterage meat better for you than beef?

Yes it's a lean meat which is high in protein but low in cholesterol, fat and carbohydrates.

Ostrich -------- that is how to spell it.
Ostrich meat has fewer calories and about two-thirds less fat per serving than beef. You can accomplish the same thing by consuming buffalo meat rather than beef, with nutritional values being nearly equal to ostrich, plus it is more available.
